The conference will be held in the Stephen E. Quinlan (SEQ) building on the Seneca@York campus, 70 The Pond Road Toronto, Ontario M3J 3M6 (Map)
On Thursday we will be meeting on room T1014.
On Friday we will be meeting in the same room we were in on Wednesday.
The conference is entirely free of charges. If you want to attend XDC2015 please add your name to the attendees page. Additionally please subscribe to the X.org events mailing list where we may post updates.
Note: We will be asking attendees to sign video recording release form. If you have any questions about this, please contact tom at stellard.net.
Attendees are encouraged to stay at one of the recommended hotels. If you are interested in staying at a hotel that is not on the list, please contact the event organizer (tom at stellard dot net) for help determining if your hotel is practical for attending the conference.

There are several different public transportation systems that operate in and around the GTA. They all offer some kind of weekly pass, however these weekly passes don't really offer much value and may not be transferable across different systems.
It is recommended that you purchase single ride tickets for the bus / subway. If you are flying into Toronto, try to ask for $2 CAD coins (known as twoonies) from the currency exchange booths to make it easier to pay for fares. If you are not staying on the York University campus, you will need: 3 Days * 2 trips per day * $4.00 CAD per trip = $24 CAD for transportation to/from your hotel and XDC. Plus additional fares for trips to/from the airport and evening events.
