EVoC project for shatter support failed midterm evaluation. Two OPW projects have been proposed so far.

This was handled on the board list since the last meeting. A number of
delays caused the project to fall behind in the expected timeline, so it
failed the midterm evaluation.

ITEM: Outreach Program for Women projects
So far only two projects have been proposed for the OPW (more XCB
extensions and server-side XCB).
